Archery
Competing in BUCS Indoors and Outdoors Competitions, UCLan Archery also compete locally in the North of England Universities Archery League (NEUAL). With sports scholars in the club, and individuals with international experience, the club host a beginners course each year, and equipment is provided. Competitions have experienced and novice categories, so even if you are new to the Sport there are opportunities to get involved.

Training at dedicated indoor shooting range during winter, moving outdoors from April. Free shuttle bus for club members. Archery competitions over weekends. Main indoor BUCS events in Feb/Mar, outdoor nationals in June.

Compete in BUCS northern tier 3 and were Northern Conference Cup winners in 23-24. Some team members also play for Preston Hockey via coach links. No previous experience necessary, some sticks available.
The Lancashire Rams are one of the best university teams in the country and compete in BUCS Northern Tier 1 across the north of England. The current squad consists of players new to the game and sports scholars who have GB experience. In addition, the team has the opportunity to compete in the BUCS National Trophy competition.
