Equestrian
The University has 2 equestrian teams, competing in the BUCS Championship and Trophy competitions. Utilising the facilities and horses stabled at Myerscough Equestrian Centre the teams compete at stables across the north of England, and host at least 2 home competitions per year.
Coaching
Qualified staff at Myerscough ensure all riders are competent and offer support.
Training
No set training time, additional lessons Wed pm. All training and events at Myerscough. Additional lessons purchased via club committee and venue.

The Lancashire Rams are one of the best university teams in the country and compete in BUCS Northern Tier 1 across the north of England. The current squad consists of players new to the game and sports scholars who have GB experience. In addition, the team has the opportunity to compete in the BUCS National Trophy competition. With 7 competitive teams across 2 campuses, the Men’s Football club is one of the biggest at the university. 1st team BUCS Northern Tier 3, 2nd at Myerscough in Tier 4, 3rd/4th in Tier 5, 5th in Tier 6, 6th/7th in Tier 7 (one for IFG). All teams can compete in BUCS Northern Conference Cup, Trophy or Plate.
